65%
Less Energy Required To
Heat and Cool Buildings
DramaView received US patent number 6,453,686
Deep cycle heating and cooling apparatus and process . This patent
describes a system that saves 65% of the energy required to heat and cool
buildings and operates at half the cost of current systems net infrastructure
costs. One implementation of this patent involves networking
millions of buildings together to supply each with compressed and expanded heat
transfer fluid. The figure illustrates a fluid supply pipeline network.
Building Heating and Cooling
US Patent Issued Describing Divided
Heat Pump Cycle
By dividing the traditional heat pump cycle into two separate processes, this
patent describes technology which saves 65% of the energy required to heat and
cool buildings while also saving the average customer 40% in heating and
cooling costs. It also reduces fossil fuel use by 65%, thermal pollution
by 65%, and carbon dioxide emission by 65%. US Patent # 6,453,686

Divided Cycle
Requires No Energy To Cool Building
Energy used to compress a fluid to heat a building at a first time or at a
first location is stored in the form of pressure. This pressure is
released to cool a space with no energy input at a second time or place.
By dividing the traditional refrigeration cycle in half, it reduces energy
required in space heating and cooling by 65%, reduces building heating and
cooling system operation costs by roughly 40% net, reduces CO2 emissions by
65%, and reduces thermal pollution by 65%.

New Public Utility
A new class of utility called “Refrigerant Wheeling” is required to fully
implement this half loop refrigeration system. Refrigerant wheeling
involves connecting the heating/cooling systems of multiple buildings
together. A pipeline system traversing the east coast will facilitate fluid
transfer. The billions of dollars required for infrastructure will be
paid for by tens of billions of dollars in building climate control cost
savings.

Passive High and
Low Pressure Regulation
This passive pressure regulation pipe system maintains constant respective high
pressure and low pressure pipes while fluid volumes are being transferred
between the two in the pipe network.

Strategic Partners
Needed To Prepare For Public Utility IPO
A new class of utility called “Refrigerant Wheeling” is required to fully
implement this half loop refrigeration system. Refrigerant wheeling
involves connecting the heating/cooling systems of multiple buildings
together. A Refrigerant Wheeling Utility IPO business plan, a white
paper, and a presentation are available for qualified investors and strategic
partners. Please [Contact Us]
